CA Unity Network ("we", "us", "our") is a free platform built by Team Unity to help Chartered Accountancy aspirants prepare better. We take your privacy seriously — this policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
When you use CA Unity Network, we may collect:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertisements on CA Unity Network.
We process your information on the basis of the contract we have with you when you use the platform, our legitimate interest in operating and improving a safe service, your consent (where required, such as for optional notifications), and to comply with legal obligations.
We share your information only in these limited situations:
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Login history and activity logs are retained for a limited period for security and analytics. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We protect your data using industry-standard practices — encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, hashed passwords, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). No system is 100% secure, so we also encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable 2FA in your settings.

CA Unity Network is intended for CA aspirants, typically aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you inside the app or by email.
